We have many strings to our bow when it comes to our food, but a few key ingredients that you’ll always find. We choose the best seasonal produce, local where possible too.
We champion Reads Coffee Roasters, Vineyards Wine, Oxfords Bakery, English Man of the Soil & Bruton Dairy, to name just a few of our fabulous, über local suppliers.
Our menu changes a little daily, a lot, twice a week, and totally with the seasons. You’ll always find a staple soup and sourdough on the menu, and something tasty on toast. We love a salad bowl in summer, and hearty tagines, dahls and curries when it’s chillier. We’re conscious of dietary requirements, please just ask us about gluten free, vegan or alternative allergies and preferences too.

We’re proud as punch of our selection of cakes and bakes, which forever reflects seasonal produce and new recipes we get our hands on. Our famous croissant cake is a bit of a star of the show and can be found on the counter most days.
Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese, cucumber, capers, dill, and red onion on toasted sourdough
Prosciutto, Pear and Ricotta on Toasted sourdough with hot honey and walnuts
Moroccan spiced aubergine, with tahini yogurt, tomatoes, pink onions and flatbread
Halloumi and mango noodle salad with cashews, leaves, spring onions and a coconut coriander dressing
Smoked salmon and pea frittata with beetroot horseradish crème fraiche
